Effective September 8, 2026. Clipmento is published by Mihail Duchev. These terms describe Clipmento for macOS and Android, including pre-release test builds, and this product website. Public store availability is announced separately.
Mac app license
The Mac App Store edition uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your license to use the app, including its usage rules, warranties, and liability provisions. This page does not replace it or remove rights that apply under consumer law.
Android app license
The Android edition is intended for distribution through Google Play. Your download and use through that store are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the applicable terms shown by the store. The publisher permits you to use your legitimately obtained copy of Clipmento on compatible devices you own or control, subject to those terms and applicable law. Apple's Standard EULA applies only to the Mac edition. Rights granted by open-source licenses and mandatory consumer rights remain in place.
Purchases, updates, and refunds
Clipmento is prepared for paid-upfront distribution through the Mac App Store. For each edition, its official store displays the price, taxes, compatibility, and availability before purchase. A purchase on one platform does not grant a purchase on another unless the listing explicitly says so. No Clipmento subscription, account, or separate license key is required. Apple manages the Mac App Store transaction, downloads, and updates. Google Play manages those services for its Android edition. Family Sharing and purchase restoration follow the applicable App Store rules and the options offered on the listing. Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service; eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play refund support or contact us for help with a purchase; the applicable store policies and consumer rights govern refunds.
Your copied content
You remain responsible for the content you copy, store, and reuse, including any rights or permissions needed to use it. Clipmento's local history is a convenience, not a backup of original files. Retention settings, deletion, changes to source files, or operating-system permissions can make content unavailable. Review sensitive-content settings and keep separate backups where needed.
Supported edition
The Mac edition supports Intel and Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. It records supported clipboard content after the welcome guide, subject to your settings and macOS permissions. Selecting history copies it to the clipboard; you choose where to paste it. The Android edition supports Android 8 or later and saves content only when you explicitly paste, type, import, or share it to Clipmento. Its feature set differs from the Mac edition: it has no background clipboard recording, file-reference history, or image text recognition. No iOS edition is currently offered.
Website and third-party materials
This website provides product information and support guidance. It does not provide a web clipboard account or accept clipboard uploads. Links to Apple and other providers are governed by their own terms. Clipmento includes open-source components; the Mac bundle includes ThirdPartyNotices.txt. Each component remains covered by its own license. Rights granted by those components' licenses remain in place.

Changes
Updated information will be published here with a new effective date. Changes to this page do not override the license or statutory rights attached to an existing purchase.
